Simple Returns Policy

If you recieve an item that is not what you were expecting, or you just plain don't like it - please contact us for an RMA number via email within 7 working days after having recieved the goods.  You will need to provide us your invoice number, specify the specific item and reason for it's return.  We will then issue an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the packaging of the item you are returning.  You must send the item to us at the address provided (we recommend using a signed-for service as we cannot be responsible for lost post) within 14 days.

If an item becomes faulty, you may want to take advantage of the manufacturers warranty and deal with them directly for a replacent or repair, however you are also able to contact us, your purchase creates a contract with us which is governed by consumer protection legislation. If you wish to persue a repair, replacement or refund (in part or full), please follow the same procedure as above - simply contact us with details of the fault, and we will issue an RMA number. You will need to package the product adequatley, with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging and deliver the item to us within 14 days of recieving the RMA number.

Once we have recieved the item and determined a course of action, we will contact you.

RMA's arranged within the 7 working days for non-faulty goods, or goods sent to you in error, will be refunded, including postage, provided you supply a copy of the postage receipt (this can be emailed, or placed in the packaging of the returned item).

RMA's arranged due to goods developing a fault may be replaced or repaired rather than refunded, a refund may be issued if the goods cannot be replaced or repaired. If the fault occurs some time after purchase (beyond the manufacturers warranty term), or the fault cannot be repaired a partial refund my be applicable. At all times we will seek to negotiate with you an acceptable resolution for faulty goods in accordance with the sale of goods act.

These terms and conditions do not change your consumer rights.
